CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION

 

Discount : if you stay more than 14 nights e-mail us to discuss a possible discount.

Long Term : for months, e-mail us for special rates.

Reservation : We do not accept credit cards so a credit transfer is required.

When we have confirmed that a room or an apartment is available you have to make a credit transfert, e-mail : villa.florie@hotmail.com for the instructions. 

To reserve a room or an apartment you have to send the total price of the renting on my bank account in France so the price of the amount will be changed in euros or here by Western Union.

When you arrive at VILLA FLORIE a caution of US$ 500 is required for an apartment as deposit for damages and the avance for the electricity (for the renting of one month or more) and will be refunded after the checking out the day of departure less your electricity bill.

A US$ 5.00 or 150 RD$ key deposit is required for the rooms and will be refunded.


Tours And Day Trips : we will be happy to arrange the best possible deals for you with our partner Vicky.


Airport : we can also arrange for you to be picked up by Sosua Taxi Cie (Salvador) at the Puerto Plata Airport for US$ 30.
