CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION
Discount : if you stay more than 14 nights email us to discuss a possible discount.
Long Term : for months, email us for special rates.
Reservation : We do not accept credit cards.
To reserve a room 50 % deposit of the total price is required.
To reserve an appartment 50 % deposit of the total price for less than one month is required.
Over than one month : one month deposit is required ; when you arrive 1 month in advance is required as deposit for damages and will be refunded after the checking out the day of departure.
When we have confirmed that a room or an apartment is available you have to make a credit transfert, e-mail : villa.florie@hotmail.com for the instructions.
Bring enough USD cash or change in RD pesos to cover the balance when you arrive.
The ATM's here usually run out of cash on the weekends so bring enough with you.
A $5.00 USD or $150 Pesos key deposit is required for the rooms and will be refunded.
Tours And Day Trips : we will be happy to arrange the best possible deals for you with our partner
Airport : we can also arrange for you to be picked up by a taxi at the Puerto Plata Airport for 25 US$.
